Currently not, no. However, you won't be able to make it work with 
GNUStep, since TM does use bindings a lot.

And personally I have enough work to do on the Mac version for the next 
year, so a port is not something I can spend time on -- not to mention 
that I do not use Linux for other than server-stuff.
