PHP and Syntax highlighting are working fine for me. I don't have any 
_dark PHPs.  I would trash your ~/Library/Application 
Support/TextMate/Bundles folder and reinstall TM. The built-in 
bundles are at Contents/Resources/Bundles within the TM bundle.
