[TxMt] Open in tab from external program

I think you need to have a projet file for files to open up in tabs.  
That is, the file in question must be part of a project. As I  
understand it changes will happen in 1.2 of which work might begin  
after christmas or so because Allan seems to aim at 1.1 release  
before that.
