Please, not the multi-rows tabs again.

Search the list for previous threads about it or google for "rows of  
tabs shame".

Allan will re-work the project drawer and tabs, so we should wait for  
that first.

But anyway, I'm pretty confident Allan won't implement such a nightmare.
