[TxMt] [Req] New File | Open File in Dock Menu

Kaweh's right... I actually never use mod-keys since I have a two button 
mouse. I guess I could have said "when you right-click on the icon" but 
tried to be more universal. :)

Thanks for the catch. I would like the right-click menu to behave like SEE.
