You need at least r11360. I think you may be using the original svn  
repository url, there are details on the switch in this post:

I've started working with git, so if you'd prefer to use that instead  
then the master branch here:

http://github.com/simongregory/actionscript3-tmbundle/tree/master

is a mirror of what's in the TM repository.
