[SVN] r11882 (R Console (Rdaemon))

• updated Save functionality of the graphic manager
• restricted the maximal number of to be inserted lines coming from Rdaemon to 20000 since some users mentioned that TextMate crashes if a very large text chunk was piped in (reason unclear, maybe perl causes this(?) )
