Scoped the rest of the pseudo-classes, including their arguments.
Added all the Selector stuff like child, preceded, etc... > + ~
Added not() pseudo-class.
Made sure that EVERYTHING that begins will end when the style tag does.
Changed the scope for rgb(), url(), etc...
Added rgba()
Invalid ranges in rgb/rgba things are now scoped as invalid.
Reformatted and enhanced the rgb/rgba number scopes to be more readable/editable and added opacity as an option on the end.
