• Removing support for fcsh via iTerm.
• Deleting fcsh build command as it's functionality is available via the main Build command.

This functionality was replaced with compilation via Leopards Terminal when 10.5 was released. Users still running 10.4 will find their build falling back to using the mxmlc compiler.
