[SVN] Apologies for the diffs, particularly for the commannd files

Hi all-

Sorry that my diffs for the previous submissions are so ragged. I'll 
fix things so I can generate them from SVN for next time.

Please note particularly that the command file diffs are from the SVN 
against my tmDelta files, and so would be really hard to use with 
patch. Hopefully the changes are simple enought that all is 
self-evident.

If not, let me know and I'll try to clarify!
