Allow images to use a relative or absolute path. If the file doesn't exist it'll check for the image in the TM_BUNDLE_SUPPORT/icons folder and then the TM_SUPPORT_PATH/icons folder.
We should come up with a set of default icons for all bundles to use and keep them in the TM_SUPPORT_PATH/icons folder. The icons can then be overridden by putting an icon of the same name in the TM_BUNDLE_SUPPORT/icons folder.
