some tiny improvements to output the result of Rmate a bit better:
- distinguishes between warning and error messages
--(TODO) to synchronize the output of stderr and stdout)
- "> COMMAND" is now written in one line
- start message '... take a while' disappears if something is written on stdout or stderr

introduced a new shell variable: TM_RMATE_OUTPUT_FONT
- if set that font will be used for outputting R's response; default is set to Monaco
-- (useful for users who are dealing with combining diacritics in strings)
