· Grammar rules for metadata header now more closely match how the GM extension parses things. E.g. "//@name" is no longer highlighted – it must be "// @name".
· Non-standard header directives are now scoped as such: "// @name Foo" is "meta.directive.standard.greasemonkey"; "// @version 1" is "meta.directive.nonstandard.greasemonkey". This allows for highlighting them differently. 
· Removed some cruft from grammar.
