Added a new command on doc⇥ to eventually replace the doc_*p post-doc snippets. The command looks at the item following the caret (class/function/define etc) and generates an appropriate docblock with placeholders. Changed: A trunk/Bundles/PHP.tmbundle/Commands/Post-doc.tmCommand
