• rewrote handling of output from popen3 — this time it really should work :)
• send debug output to /dev/console instead of stdout (we probably want to introduce something like TM_SVN_DEBUG to toggle debug output)
• do not call block in handle_authentication, since the caller also calls the block, which resulted in double-output for the “Transmitting data” line
