TextMate will now use the diff command specified in your subversion config, or set as the TM_SVN_DIFF_CMD environment variable.

If one of these options are used, and the result from diff’ing is only the “standard” subversion header, the output is suppressed. If there is no output at all, a “No differences.” tool tip will show (as usual.) This means that if you are using fmdiff [1] then you should remove the lines where it prints status information to stderr (as it will prevent TM from suppressing the output window.)
