[SVN] Submitting changes to Django bundle

I'm pretty sure that when I first added the Django-Python stuff I did
it in a separate bundle from your original Django Templates bundle.
Then at some point Allan (I think) merged them.

Maybe Jacob separated them because he didn't know about that history
-- or because he thinks that it makes more sense to have them
separate. I'd agree. It's not unprecedented -- PHP and Smarty are
separate bundles, for example. I think it fits Django's loose-coupling
philosophy better, too.
