Numerous changes to this bundle to better match the current conventions, will get another update when I nail down a convention on referenced links.

• Add .restructuredtext to the end of many scopes.
• Change suffix of meta.directive.rst to match rest of grammar.
• Change comment to comment.line.double-dot
• Change raw scope to markup.raw.restructuredtext
• Change table scopes to markup.other.table.restructuredtext
• Change interpreted text regex from '`[^`]`' to '`[^`]+`' to correct typo.
• Change footnote regex from '\[*\]_' to '\[\*\]_' to correct typo.
• Change field list scope to entity.name.tag.restructuredtext
