Upgrade Open Included Item command.
Now opens relative to the master file, if one exists.
Also opens files from lstinputlisting.
Now works properly with MacPorts installations of TeX - ruby command replaced with a shell script wrapper so PATH is imported properly
Allows comments after command name and optional args
