Finally adding the invalid tag rule, couldn't add it too early because it would have driven me nutso :)

Three types are present: Valid-tag with invalid placement, deprecated invalid tag, and all around wrong/invalid. Not too happy with the scope I give scope of the valid tag wrong placement (it's invalid.deprecated) but I wanted to be able to style it in a way would point out that it's valid just improperly used. Deprecated seemed to be the only way short of adding a new scope none of the themes would recognize.
