• White background
   - assimilate some of the JavaScript elements ("JS: Objects" -> "Library objects" etc). JavaScript formatting should be identical (except that methods are now colored again). There are still a few JS-specific elements which ought to be absorbed somehow.
   - Reorder the list so that similar elements are grouped (apologies in advance for any merge pain this may cause!)
   - Eliminate string.regexp separate from string. The color was nearly identical to top-level string, not much point.
• Objective-C: functions.classes -> keyword.objects (Library objects, to match JavaScript)
