[SVN] Revision 1026 (Latex)

• Removed tab trigger for item snippet and instead gave it the enter key equivalent with scope set to declaration.item.
• Added rule to LaTeX syntax to match \item so that these gets the proper declaration scope. This means that currently highlight is disabled for the rest of the line, but that's only until I fix the include stuff. Also, I didn't handle item descriptions, item arguments etc.
