[SVN] Revision 956 (Text Utilities)

For Tiger Users, this command just activates the new built-in dictionary for $TM_CURRENT_WORD.  Bound to Command-shift-d for easy access.  Note:  There is a dictionary bug where it will not show the selected word if the dictionary was not already started.
