[SVN] White Background gone missing

I use  the bright theme, and within the past few days my highlighting  
disappeared.  I noticed in the theme editor that the White Background  setting is 
gone, but Black and Grey Backgrounds are still there.
 
Did this end up removing it?  Can we get it back?  I just made  svn up mine 
and I am at revision 861.
