[SVN] Beta release this friday

Just wanted to let you know that I'll (most likely) release 1.1b3 this 
friday, and if there are no objections, will include all bundles from 
the repository. Many though will be 'hidden' by default.

1.1b3 features this new bundle editor (which should make it more 
transparent which bundle contain what):

And with it comes the ability to select which bundles to actually show 
in the GUI (and use for key/trigger activation).

Before release I will split up the Defaults bundle in a few bundles and 
probably also add a few new commands (trim stuff, zap gremlins etc.). 
Just letting you know to avoid comments on relating to the Defaults 
bundle ;)

Also, I'll fix scope issues, e.g. the Rails macros currently use a lot 
of common keys and are set to have global scope currently.
