[SVN] Bundle commit 393

• fixed minor bugs in the README, added a link to the SVN book, it now claims to be XHTML.  (and it should be)

• date formating now really works for Log  (forgot it to implement it for the last commit)

• introduced a new variable - $TM_SVN_CLOSE - HTML output windows close when a file gets opened in TM.  (works for Blame and Info, more informations in the README)
