[SVN] odd bug duplicating commands

Hi Allan,

Here is a strange bug (I'm in 1.1b5) that confused me while trying to
hack in a 'log' command into the Subversion bundle.

1. Go to the command editor and pick "Add to Repository" in the
Subversion bundle.
2. Use the ++ button to duplicate it.
3. Now delete the contents of the command and close the Command
Editor. Now nothing should happen when the command is run.
4. Run the command. Instead, a tooltip shows up saying "svn ''...' is
not a working copy" and the command doesn't get run.

To work around it, I had to create a command from scratch instead of
duplicating an old one.

Do you need more details to hunt this down?

best, Eric
