Extensive reworking of the CSS file along the lines of the CSS (PHP) file. 
-- Support for Selectors as a group or individual #ID, .ClassNames, and :Pseudo 
-- Improved support for @rules 
-- Improved CSS properties structure, with properties as a group or more fine grained. 

Not too happy about the current structure of properties, as we start getting things like this: "keyword.property.value.rgb-percentage.css" which is too long but needs to be there if the end user just want property values in the same colour.

Perhaps someone could help me improve upon that in some way ?
