[SVN] Bundle commit 603 (Python)

- Added myself to the Python bundle contributors (I also contributed to the original syntax long ago)
- Added a command to run Unittests of a project (i.e. files that match "grep Test.*\.py$"). This commands parses tracebacks as well.
