[TxMt] Can't get Textmate to use Skim as a PDF viewer

I didn't realize each individual bundle had preferences (And so
misunderstood Niels Kobschätzki's answer).

I went to Bundles->LaTeX->Preferences, checked "Use Latexmk.pl", and
selected View in "Skim".  Textmate now does what I want it to.
