[TxMt] Empty Windows

I am running 1.5.2. I tried ⌥⌘U but it  does nothing. No new  
window, no changes in the output window.

I emptied ~/Library/Caches/TextMate/.
I created a new user account on my machine and ran TextMate (located  
in /Applications/) from that account.

Both had no effects.
