[TextMate] don't like new tabs

My view is that the current tabs are a definite improvement and with
b.7 I feel the app has more of the polish I expect with an OS X app.

I did wonder how the tabs might look if the line along the bottom of
the active tab (between the top of the document and the tab itself)
were lighter than that along the bottom of the non-active apps, but am
pretty happy about things really.
